Currently, VNA is not accepting web-based ordering online, however, you may place your order by telephone Monday thru Friday, 9am – 5pm (Eastern time) at 845-469-8660. In order to expedite your ordering process, please select the items you wish to order, check them off on your price list, and have it available prior to contacting a customer service rep. at VNA.
At the current time, orders placed with VNA may be paid by either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Please have your credit/debit card ready when you call to place your order. Please note, state and local sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within NYS. Those taxes, based upon shipping zip code, will be calculated during order processing.
All sales are final, however, you may return, within 30-days, defective merchandise for repair or replacement at the sole discretion of VNA. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from VNA prior to return shipment and must accompany all returns and/or correspondence. You will be required to submit a copy of your original VNA bill of sale with any return. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the merchandise is securely packaged and insured for the full purchase price. VNA will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. No replacement will be issued if, upon inspection, it is determined that the returned product has been misused and/or damaged by the customer.
In the event you receive a package that is damaged, either with external damage or concealed internal damage, please retain all packing materials and contact VNA within 5 business days of receipt for further instructions.

Most orders are sent standard ground shipping via UPS. For faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Air. A customer service rep. can help you determine your individual shipping costs. VNA makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Items are generally shipped within 1 -2 business days. Please note, orders placed after 2:00pm (Eastern time) will be entered the next business day. Please allow 7 – 10 business days from your order date for delivery. A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be redirected or picked up from UPS, and someone must be available at the shipping address to receive the package and sign for it.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is not required to access or navigate around the VNA website. You will only be required to provide personal information, via the telephone, if you call to make a purchase. VNA typically uses the non-personal information we collect in order to better understand how you and other visitors use our website, for system administration, and to customize your experience when using this website.
